I have an owner-operated residential roofing and exterior construction company. As the owner I am on every job site and ensuring that the work is done professionally. It is a Christian owned company that puts the needs of the customer first. Estimates are free, and prices are very competitive.
All work is guaranteed and insured. I have been successfully running my own company for over 15 years. I do all types of residential roofing including rubber, slate, asphalt shingles, metal, cedar shakes. I do seamless gutters, replacement windows, and siding.

We are extremely happy with the new roof that Tim and his crew installed and looks wonderful.
Outstanding group of gentlemen who are not only professional they have integrity as well.
Tim's word is exactly what he fulfills. Job started when agreed upon and communication was there every step of the way as well as his focus on doing a quality job and making sure we were happy with the end results.
The site was cleaned of all debris when the job was finished.
Tim answered all of our questions with knowledge before we hired, during and at the end.
We had several quotes for the roof and Tim's came in at a reasonable price.
Our biggest reason for giving Seely Construction the roof to replace was for his details in his estimate and his knowledge and honest answers to questions we asked for which he proved he is the real deal.
We are glad we chose Tim and his outstanding crew to replace our roof and highly recommend to all to have Seely Construction complete your projects.
We also have planned another project for next year sometime and will have Tim and his crew complete that as well thats how satisfied we are with Tim.

I have a flat porch rubber roof which was improperly installed with the edge board and facia board rotten. This was replaced as was the inadequate gutter. Larger gutter and 2 downspouts were installed. Shed roof was shingled over and new ridge vent installed. Rubber covering was properly installed over repaired area. All this was done at more than a reasonable price. Tom Seely answered all questions that I had and did an excellent job. I have never had a better experience with a contractor and highly recommend that you hire him for your next job.

Seely Construction was one of the best finds that Thumbtack gave us. Tim arrived promptly to give us an estimate and ultimately became the best choice for our project. We don't have the largest roof, but Tim and his crew arrived promptly in the morning and were completed before I arrived home at the end of the day. Our new roof looks awesome and you would never know anyone was even here, as the cleanup is spotless. He is a very honest businessman who let us know everything we could expect before being hired and his company is small and personal. Five stars really isn't enough, but it will have to do. Thanks again Tim!!

Tim Seely was hired to do our roofing job (replacement). He was the best offer we received. He and his crew showed up on date and time agreed upon. Friendly, informative very neat. Nothing left to clean up - no nails, broken pieces of shingles or any other construction debris. When they were gone you would not have known it was a work site except for our new roof. Would highly recommend Seely construction for future jobs for ourselves or others. Thanks again Tim.
