I have an owner-operated residential roofing and exterior construction company. As the owner I am on every job site and ensuring that the work is done professionally. It is a Christian owned company that puts the needs of the customer first. Estimates are free, and prices are very competitive.
All work is guaranteed and insured. I have been successfully running my own company for over 15 years. I do all types of residential roofing including rubber, slate, asphalt shingles, metal, cedar shakes. I do seamless gutters, replacement windows, and siding.

We are extremely happy with the new roof that Tim and his crew installed and looks wonderful.
Outstanding group of gentlemen who are not only professional they have integrity as well.
Tim's word is exactly what he fulfills. Job started when agreed upon and communication was there every step of the way as well as his focus on doing a quality job and making sure we were happy with the end results.
The site was cleaned of all debris when the job was finished.
Tim answered all of our questions with knowledge before we hired, during and at the end.
We had several quotes for the roof and Tim's came in at a reasonable price.
Our biggest reason for giving Seely Construction the roof to replace was for his details in his estimate and his knowledge and honest answers to questions we asked for which he proved he is the real deal.
We are glad we chose Tim and his outstanding crew to replace our roof and highly recommend to all to have Seely Construction complete your projects.
We also have planned another project for next year sometime and will have Tim and his crew complete that as well thats how satisfied we are with Tim.

I have a flat porch rubber roof which was improperly installed with the edge board and facia board rotten. This was replaced as was the inadequate gutter. Larger gutter and 2 downspouts were installed. Shed roof was shingled over and new ridge vent installed. Rubber covering was properly installed over repaired area. All this was done at more than a reasonable price. Tom Seely answered all questions that I had and did an excellent job. I have never had a better experience with a contractor and highly recommend that you hire him for your next job.

The roofing job started after several delays due to the very rainy month of May. Mr. Seely kept in close contact with us with schedule updates. Roofing proceeded as agreed and was completed in a timely manner. All work and materials were top notch. Mr. Seely and crew were professional as well as courteous. Tim Seely got back to me right away. He came out the same day and addressed my roof issue. He was ten minutes early, professional, and a pleasure to meet. He repaired my issue completely and at a great price. I will definitely recommend and use this company for any future roof and siding issues.
