We got several quotes from other companies, but we chose him because of his experience, knowledge and honesty. Stepan was upfront about costs and the quality of the product he used. He was always willing to work within our budget even with some unexpected surprises (we have a 100 year old house). We had many fascia boards, corner boards and exterior window trim replaced, in addition to a bit of soffit repair. His workers, Max and Sergei, were also professional and had a superb work ethic. After they were done for the day, the cleanup was great and all tools and materials were stored away out of sight until the next day. Stepan is a perfectionist and wants his work to be done just right as if it was his own home. We will definitely be using Golden Level again. 😊"See more

What is the best waterproof flooring for a basement?

There are several great options for waterproof basement flooring. For example, epoxy floors are waterproof but are thicker and sturdier than paint. Make sure the concrete substrate has been prepared for application. 

Tile is a designer’s dream, giving you a moisture-resistant surface that’s infinitely customizable. Rubber sheets or tiles are also good waterproof options, particularly for playrooms, workout areas or laundry rooms.

Luigi the owner is great to deal with. During the project he communicated everything that was being done and provided his input on what will be best. As I made suggestions, they accommodated my needs and ensured the structure was supported properly. His team did a great job at cleaning up and making sure nothing was left behind. Luigi followed up the day after to make sure things where exactly as i wanted. Definitely will be reaching out in the near future for projects such as my roof and basement.
