Things with Ryan started off ok. I contacted him about helping with a slow draining tub. He arrived as scheduled to take a look and removed some debris. He said he needed to return the next day so he could plunge the drain. He returned to do that which did help the water to drain better from the tub. I woke the next morning to find the ceiling in the room below the bathroom completely water soaked. I contacted him to have him come to assess the problem. We agreed on a time and shortly before that he started texting that he would be late. Then gave a different reason that he would be later... he never showed so I had to find another plumber - on a Saturday. Very disappointed.

Ryan did a great job! He replaced my tub spout and shower head. Installed an even better shower head than I expected. I would definitely use him again.

    Pricing is usually by job unless the particular job needs more attention to assess in which case it's sometimes better to do the hourly rate. We work with our customers to make the experience the best and most cost effective that it can be.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First is the problem. Then we provide ideas for solutions to that problem. We like to meet the customers for consultation first to assess the issue and get to know them and what they are looking to have done specifically.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    12 years in the trade. 4 years of apprenticeship school.
