Mike and his team have been super communicative, knowledgeable, and kind while fixing up my bathroom. Our vent was broken and theyve been working on cleaning the mold, repainting, and installing a new vent.Theyve honestly been the best work crew Ive had fix anything in my apartment. I couldnt recommend them enough!

We hired Modern Concepts to do a remodel for my son in RI of a room that was an office to a nursery. Take a room above the garage that was disconnected from the rest of the house and incorporate it into the house flow to make an office. Mike and his team did a great job. They are very organized. Left the work area clean. We did have a bumpy start with permitting but Mike answered all our questions and had many zoom meetings with us and was very patient while we worked through it. It was especially challenging Because we were in CT and my son was in RI. The project is done and looks beautiful. I would recommend Mike and Modern Concepts for your home remodel.

Candy, thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting Modern Concepts with such a unique and meaningful project for your family. Taking on a space that so many others said couldn’t be done — and turning it into something functional, beautiful, and special — was truly an honor for us. We know how important this was for you, especially with the added challenge of coordinating between CT and RI, and we’re grateful for your patience and trust every step of the way. Seeing the finished result and knowing it will be part of your family’s story makes all the hard work worth it. We truly appreciate the opportunity and your recommendation!
