FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe pricing should be clear before the work starts. Every drain or sewer problem is a little different, so pricing can depend on the type of blockage, access, and what equipment is needed. We’ll explain what we recommend and the price before getting started, and we won’t perform additional work without your approval. No surprise add-ons or pressure to buy something you don’t need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact Honest Drain, you’re dealing directly with the owner. We’ll ask a few questions about what’s backing up, how many fixtures are affected, and what you’ve noticed so we can understand the problem before arriving. Once on site, we evaluate the situation, explain the options and pricing, and get your approval before starting. After the line is cleared, we verify the result and explain anything important we found. Camera inspections, locating, and hydro jetting are available when appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience specializing in drain and sewer service, from residential stoppages to commercial drain problems. My experience includes main sewer line clearing, root removal, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, locating, and hydro jetting. Before starting Honest Drain, I spent years working in the drain and sewer industry in both field and management roles, which gave me experience not only solving the problem, but explaining it clearly and taking care of the customer from start to finish.
