Ryan did a great job! He replaced my tub spout and shower head. Installed an even better shower head than I expected. I would definitely use him again.

After a history of bad experiences with various home maintenance/repair/improvement professionals it was a RELIEF to work with Ryan. He is a man who takes old-fashioned pride in his work. You can hear it in the way he describes the work he will do and see it in the way it is carried out...down to the total clean-up which is greatly appreciated. Prices were unbeatable as well. 5-stars to Ryan, no hesitation.

arrived promptly and took care of the leak as far as we can determine; also, went the extra mile with a little prodding; good communication and pleasant attitude

Ryan was very efficient. Texted him a pic of the problem and he was ready when he got there. Completely satisfied!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is usually by job unless the particular job needs more attention to assess in which case it's sometimes better to do the hourly rate. We work with our customers to make the experience the best and most cost effective that it can be.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First is the problem. Then we provide ideas for solutions to that problem. We like to meet the customers for consultation first to assess the issue and get to know them and what they are looking to have done specifically.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12 years in the trade. 4 years of apprenticeship school.
