Elmer and his crew are the best of the best. He is responsive, his work is top quality, the prices are fair and he is extremely reliable. I am so grateful to have found Elmer to take care of my landscaping. On top of everything, Elmer is an extremely nice person. If you have any concerns about hiring Elmer, don't.
