I was literally snowed in after we got 3 feet of snow and couldn’t handle the work on my own. I contacted Quality General, and they were able to come out the same day. They were quick, professional, and a huge help. I really appreciated their prompt response and would definitely recommend them!

We cannot say enough good things about Luis and the team from Quality General Construction! From the moment Luis came to our house to provide an estimate, we knew we were choosing a contractor who was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous. Luis' team spent a considerable portion of the summer residing our house, installing new windows, and building a new deck off the back. They used quality materials, explained the process, and were very careful about causing little disruption to our lives considering the size of the project. When a delay in the window installation couldn't be avoided (through no fault of Luis or his team), they worked with us to finish the installation at a time that worked for us and completed it in a timely manner. They cleaned up very thoroughly each day and were respectful of our house and space. If there were any questions or problems throughout the process, Luis was quick to address and fix them. Luis and his team were also incredibly patient with our son, who was very interested in what they were doing and explained all aspects of construction and building to him. We would not hesitate to recommend QGConstruction to anyone looking to complete home renovation projects.
