- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and fair pricing and will work with clients to achieve engaging, quality video production.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we’ll do our best to understand your videography needs, this includes the date, time and location of the event. We’ll discuss how many video cameras and microphones are necessary for effective coverage of the event. As we gather all the details we’ll decide on the format and length of the final video(s) and how they will be delivered. We’ll discuss what kind of editing will be applied to the final video if required. A signed agreement and 50% retainer deposit will be required to book with us. The remaining balance is due the day of the production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Boston University provided my education in video production, advertising, broadcast journalism and business. We are licensed by the FAA to operate drone cameras.
