After a mix up with my email, all communication with IR Services has been very clear and helpful. They will be completing a project to redo my front stairs and back deck. I can't wait to share how the final project turns out! Pictures to follow in a couple of weeks!

This has been an excellent experience above and beyond my expectations and hopes for a quality job. It was as if every detail was on their own home! No cut corners, no hesitation and just a fabulous interaction every time. I seriously could not have hoped for more and at a very competitive price! I will keep this team busy for as long as possible! Thank you!

This is a review from a professional to another. We have two apartments getting completely remodeled and thought it would be great to save some time by hiring a contractor to work on one of the apartments while I finish up work on the other. The project took about 3 months to renovate the whole apartment from ceiling to floor, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. It did not go smoothly at all. I felt like I was the foreman on the job and had to oversee the project during the whole process. There were so many red flags and mistakes being made where we questioned if Icaro and his guys knew what they were doing. There were at least a dozen mistakes made which resulted in the work getting redone. We recently discovered that the shower drain was installed improperly where the gasket was supposed to be between the shower pan and the drain but it was sitting on top which ultimately causes water damage! As a professional or DIYer, leveling and square is crucial. Icaro does not possess either. Framing of walls, closets and doors were all off level and out of square. We’re not talking about it being off by an 1/8” or even 1/4” of an inch. Some of the framing was out of wack by more than 1/2” to 1” inch. Leveling got so bad I had them tear out a pocket door that was installed for the bathroom. When the pocket door was closed, there was a 1/2” gap towards the upper jamb. I ended up rebuilding the pocket door myself because we no longer trust the quality of their craftsmanship. The finish work was a disaster. They had already put on the second coat of paint before I realized the plastering was not smooth and feathered properly almost in every room which had to be redone. This was the tipping point when they were installing the backsplash above the kitchen countertops. They did not use a wet tile saw to cut these expensive glass subway tiles…they used an angle grinder…The finish cuts looked as if they used a hammer and screwdriver to make the cuts. They were so jagged, crooked and broken that we had them redo it and fix it. I ended up doing a lot of the finish work myself because we were more stressed on the days when I’m not able to show up knowing that something was going to get messed up and most likely had to get redone. I can’t imagine if I was a typical home owner and didn’t know anything, how this project would have turned out. We’re just glad this nightmare finally came to an end. Just be aware on who you hire, make sure they’re registered with a contractor’s license. We will not make that mistake again.
