Our first cleaning was terrific. Since moving to RI weve had two other cleaning services that didnt meet our standards. The cleaners here were friendly and thorough. We are quite pleased. This service is more expensive than our last two but it was so nice to see our home looking better than before.Update. Weve had this service for 7 months now. I am always so impressed with the work they do. Above and beyond! Well worth it!

I have been using this company for several months now, and I have been very satisfied. The cleaning is always thorough. This week Cherie did an outstanding job - the kitchen sinks are whiter than they have been in a long time. I especially like that they use green cleaning techniques.

Company said they had a team for my large facility and showed up alone finished job in three days and was not at all clean and was still charged full amount company took on a job they knew they weren’t staffed for and it was a rush job so that gentleman who did job could go on vacation but not miss out on money not fully earned, I would not recommend this company for large jobs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per service done. You still get billed at the end of the month, but only billed per services performed, not a monthly flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For janitorial cleaning services: Once initial contact is made we schedule an in person site assessment for an estimate, we then submit a proposal. If awarded the job we always do an additional site visit to confirm access, consumable supplies location, and trash disposal arrangements. After that we schedule the first visit and the others seamlessly follow.
For special services such as floors and power washing: Once initial contact is made we schedule an in person site assessment for an estimate, we then submit a proposal. If awarded the job we schedule it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of janitorial cleaning, floor services, and power washing experience. If we are not 100% confident in our experience to complete a job correctly we will just politely decline the job.
