- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per service done. You still get billed at the end of the month, but only billed per services performed, not a monthly flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For janitorial cleaning services: Once initial contact is made we schedule an in person site assessment for an estimate, we then submit a proposal. If awarded the job we always do an additional site visit to confirm access, consumable supplies location, and trash disposal arrangements. After that we schedule the first visit and the others seamlessly follow. For special services such as floors and power washing: Once initial contact is made we schedule an in person site assessment for an estimate, we then submit a proposal. If awarded the job we schedule it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of janitorial cleaning, floor services, and power washing experience. If we are not 100% confident in our experience to complete a job correctly we will just politely decline the job.
