Introduction: My work is becoming increasingly sought after by people who truly value the kind of quality images that I produce. I have also been recognized as an Elite Boudoir Photographer by Boudoir International. Boudoir has got to be my favorite session to photograph! Makes me sound like a creep, I know, but honestly they are so fun!! It is amazing to see the transformation and I love getting to show women how absolutely GORGEOUS they really are!

Let me start off by saying, anyone can claim to be a photographer. Alison Miranda is a photographer. I have used Alison for so many photos in the past several years and I entrusted her with one of the biggest days of my life, my wedding. Not only did her photos bring me tears of joy, I am several weeks out and I am still trying to figure out where I am going to put all of them! Alison and Brent went beyond the duties of a photographer the day of my wedding. From Brent running to get the starving bride (that was me) food to literally clearing out a barn of people trying to get drinks after a little hiccup that caused me to be fashionably late (not the photographers fault). Alison did everything from fix my hair, fix my train, put out pies for our pie bar, to hold back her own tears of joy to help make our day memorable and fantastic. I have certainly found my photographer for life! Thank you so much Alison and Brent and, little Ella too! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have had you capture such an important day in my life!

I have had the pleasure of working with this photographer in two very different areas. She did my daughter's 2 year old session and if you've ever had a two year old you know how difficult that can be. Even the picture of my daughter melting down in the grass makes her look like an absolute angel. I also used Alison for a boudoir to give my husband for his birthday. She put me at ease and never once did I feel uncomfortable. It was such a liberating and and empowering experience. Not many women like their bodies after having a child but after those pictures I was able to embrace the changes. I highly recommend working with Alison Miranda photography.

Doing a boudoir session with Alison meant much more to me than having sexy photographs. After my divorce she encouraged me to do the shoot for myself; and that is exactly what I did. Her team was professional and supportive and made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in. The hair, makeup, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries were just a prelude to the most empowering experience I have ever had. Alison helped me find the confidence I had lost and showed me how to be the sexiest version of myself. Her talent reaches far beyond that of what she can do with a camera lens. I walked out with some kick-ass photos AND a new perspective on my life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most women question feeling comfortable during one of these sessions and to that I can say this; when shooting boudoir, most women are nervous and unsure of how the shoot will go. I send details of how the day is going to flow so you know what to expect. I guide all sessions and make sure to show images on my camera as I go so you can see how gorgeous you really are. Nerves are a given but I work hard to make you comfortable and have fun. Boudoir is about celebrating your beauty there is no set way of looking or posing. Each woman is unique and I do my best to capture YOU.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My work doesn't stop when the photo shoot is done. I still have to load, sort and edit all the images that I took of you. Its a lot of work... but I love every second of it.
