Recently my wife and I decided to sell our home, we are downsizing. We spoke to a few realtors and the suggested to make improvement's. I chose Andrew based on his reviews, he lived up to every single positive review. Our home is 300 years old, I pulled up the carpet yuck! Anyway, the areas I had Andrew and Victor work on came out spectacular. Highly recommend him and any his team to anyone. I love people who do not mind working hard! I attached some before and after photos, I only removed the carpet staples and nails he caulked and painted two coats. The ceiling of the top floor had water damage, we fixed it but it needed a touch up. He sanded it and painted two coats. In the gold room he painted all the white trim, he did the front door sorry I forgot to take a pic. In the blue room and kitchen he repainted everything. They are clean, reliable, affordable and dependable.

Andrew assembled three corrugated steel raised garden beds for me that I had thought I could accomplish on a DIY basis but actually couldn’t. He did a great job that enabled me to keep my garden project on time. The dirt to fill the beds arrives in a few days. I will definitely call him again for future projects. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m only charging money after job was provided. In most cases I prefer to take payments by projects (TV mounting, furniture assembly, painting). But if you have a lot of different tasks/small projects I may charge hourly. $120 for the first hour of work and $80 for every next hour of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you a few questions about you request such as what type of work needs to be done, when and what is your preference in how it needs to be done. After everything is figured out we can schedule time and a day when the project starting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’m usually working with homeowners or with landlords who wants to fix something on their property without showing up. I’m keeping updated landlords using photos/videos
