- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, We have an hourly rate associated with a variety of tasks, which we indicated to our clients based on their design brief.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive a design brief and have a conversation. Send a formal proposal and a cost estimate based on our initial conversation and identify the appropriate consultant to handle the request. Client signs estimate and submits a down payment of good faith. All estimates are itemized based on a phased approach for design work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our three consultants all have an MFA Design Research and Development and each has a Bachelors specialization: Industrial Design, Communication Design & Interior Design. All have been educators and professionals.
