We start by understanding the problem and gathering basic details about the garage door issue. Then we inspect the system, explain what is wrong, go over the best repair or replacement options, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the job safely, test everything to make sure it is working properly, and answer any final questions before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of hands-on experience in the garage door industry, including repair, installation, and diagnosing a wide range of garage door and opener issues. My training comes from real field experience, working directly on garage door systems, learning proper repair methods, safety procedures, and best practices for reliable installation and service.
