My pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the area, how dirty it is, and how much prep is needed. I provide free estimates, no surprise fees, and I’m always upfront about the cost before any work starts. I occasionally offer discounts for multiple services done at the same time (for example, house plus driveway) or for repeat customers.

I recently cleaned a vinyl‑sided home and driveway that hadn’t been washed in years. In about half a day, we took it from dull and green to bright and like‑new again. The homeowners told me it looked like a different house when they pulled into the driveway that night.
