We've hired Lyon Property Management to rent and manage our house in RI. We had tried selling it and the market is tough so we decided to keep it and rent it. Chris Piasczyk got back to us right away and when we spoke on the phone and asked our million questions, Chris was patient, professional and thorough. Plus, the fees are very reasonable. My husband and I feel confident we made the right decision hiring Lyon PM and we look forward to our continuing business relationship with them.

Jim & Chris are on top of their game. These guys get things done. no bullshit. Quick Response, Hard working, and they know the RI housing market in & out. In the end, you're probably going to end up switching to Lyon.. so just save yourself the trouble.

We signed up with Lyon Property Management after interviewing several other companies. We chose them based on their expertise and size. We wanted a smaller company that would be able to address our needs. We liked that they customized their services to assist our new board with establishing a budget and capital projects that need to be address. They are also affordable for us as we are a small community. We look forward to our relationship in the future.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all inclusive property management we charge between 8-10% of monthly gross rents collected. For tenant placement services we charge $500 to fill a vacant unit, one time annually. If we need to fill a unit more often than that then we fill the unit for FREE!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning new ways to streamline our business and enhance the customer experience. We accomplish by reading blogs, staying up to date on trends and taking continuing education courses.
