Very friendly, on time and did excellent work at a great price. Went above and beyond what was quoted for carpet cleaning with no additional costs. I plan on having them back the next time I need my carpets done.

I was given a quote for $140 for my living room/sunroom. The person (who was very nice) was very late and I had to contact them to find that out (I believe they forgot about my appt). I then allowed myself to be upselled (wound up spending $380 to have the stairs and hallway done, with "special stain treatment" than had to be non chemical as I small grandchildren creeping on the rugs) into having more work done. And at first it looked great (full disclosure the carpets are 12 years old. I've had them done professionally twice before - Stanley Steamer and some other company, but I do them myself twice a year. I was having a party and wanted them done by a professional), but within 5 days the stains that had been there reappeared. Coffee and foot traffic stains. We waited the 36 hours to move the furniture back and didn't walk on them. I've waited until I was less angry to write this, but am absolutley unsatisfied with the results. I do better with my rug cleaner and scrub brush.

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We took care of a Tile and Grout job in Woonsocket, RI. Our customers where thrilled at first when seeing the cleaning results and difference on both tile and the grout lines. As we advanced into the the project we started to noticed inperfections on the grout color, the colors did not match! The previous owners had filled in damaged and stained grout lines with a unmatch colored which became very apparent after our cleaning process. The colors were white lines on some areas and beige on others. Our customer's happy face turn to disapointment. We sugested color sealing coating for the grout lines, after explaining the benefits and providing a demostration our customers chose a light gray color. We came back the next day and after a few hours of work, we left them thrilled with their new kitchen floor look. To me their smiles were very satisfying.
