- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, I will clean 3 average sized rooms up to 400 sq.ft. for 100 dollars. If the carpet is heavily soiled then it will take longer so the price may go up. I would actually need to evaluate the job for a more accurate price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There, of course, is the introduction, the exchange of information, when the last time they cleaned their carpets, ask if they have pets and is there any stains I should worry about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend the IIRC seminars as needed.
