- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give budget friendly pricing without compromising the quality of work, or cutting corners to deliver that peace of mind every customer deserves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to look at the project/issue to be able to provide an accurate estimate, along with ideas and different solutions, and to answer any questions they may have to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 4 years of trades school, along with a 4 year apprenticeship to be able to obtain an electrical license.
