About
Hi, I’m Jason — a photographer and videographer originally from NYC, now based in Providence. I’ve worked professionally across editorial, commercial, events, portraits, documentary work, and branded content for magazines, agencies, small businesses, artists, and everyday people. I’ve worked on large-scale photo and video projects, but I’m currently rebuilding my network in Providence and Boston, so I’m excited to collaborate on projects of all sizes. I’m down to work hard on every project I take on and love working with good people who care about making great work together. I want all my clients to be happy, and ideally grow together through future collaborations. I’m genuinely looking to connect with the local community and work on all kinds of projects — whether that’s event coverage, portraits, business and social media content, family photos, behind-the-scenes video, interviews, real estate, creative projects, or helping bring an idea to life. I bring an experienced eye and professional approach, but I also try to keep shoots relaxed, easy, and human. Good energy always makes the best work. Looking forward to meeting more people in Providence/Boston and creating great work together.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheapest is not always the best. I'm probably not the lowest quote you'll get but you sometimes get what you pay for. Experience counts a lot in photography so go with someone that will get the goods. If my camera goes down, I have another one or a flash or whatever... professionals plans for the worst and are prepared.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Photographers always like to be shooting and it doesn't matter what it is. Most of us enjoying that much. That's why I'll do an inexpensive headshot for a young actor or for someone that need a headshot for their Linkedin so they can get a job. It's a jungle out there and we all need a little help. I've been so fortunate at times and like to pass that along.
