Introduction: I like to provide a personal touch to all shoots through exceptional service. I enjoy getting to know each client and by doing so it helps me create images that really show personality and tell a story. I enjoy being able to capture life as it happens around me' whether that is a wedding, family or senior portrait, commercial project or head shot. I love to create photographs that will help create a new family, mark a milestone or display a product in a unique and appealing fashion. Michael's work is top notch. I have had many friends and family members wed over the last 10 years and I would put Michael's work up at the top of any list. He was super polite and my family loved him. He knew the flow of a wedding completely. His demeanor was super chill in a great, put the bride at ease/one last thing I have to worry about, kind of way. When I did not want him to be there (you know, like not up in your face) he was nowhere to be seen (snapping away) and when I needed him he appeared out of thin air magically. He commanded the guests well, gave instruction where it was needed but was not overly demanding. All went super smoothly. The pictures - OMG. The final product - I cried when looking through them for the first time. He so perfectly captured the entire day from me walking through the woods to get to my first look to my brother triumphantly arriving with the bouquets we forgot, from the intense dancing of my brother-in-law, to the hilarious speech of the best man - he got it all. Oh yeah, and there are a whole bunch of the bride. My husband and my father both saw a couple of Michael's pics and said 'i love it when you make that face.' It is going to be difficult deciding which ones to frame. You were just simply a delight to work with, Michael. I could not have asked for more. Thanks so much for such a memorable, amazingly perfect day!! :)

I hired Michael to take photos of my new jewelry line that I'm selling on Etsy - and I am very pleased! From the first point of contact until the final edits, Mike was wonderful to work with. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we can discuss your current photography needs via email or by phone. If beneficial, an in person meeting will be scheduled as well. During this interaction we can discuss date/time, style, rate, delivery method and any other needs or questions you may have!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a life long photographer who enjoys making a living out of what I love. I began professionally shooting for local musicians and from there branched out into head shots, corporate, real estate, aerial, newborn/children, product and weddings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone willing to work with you the every step of the way. Someone you are comfortable with giving your ideas if you have a certain vision.
