- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, However, We do free estimates so you don't have to worry Our skilled techs will walk you through your options you have and help you pick the right one that fits you and your home best. We charge $125.00 for a service call and $125.00 per hour if clients want to pay time and material for certain service calls and maintenance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service our office will dispatch a tech to your home to locate the problem and go over your options for repair or replacement, but don't worry between us and you (we do not) offer our technician commission so they won't try and pressure you in to getting a new system if the see safety issues or if it is really out dated then they may recommend it, However if you call us to fix it that's what we come to do but we are always happy to get you and your family new equipment to make sure your happy and safe :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our skilled techs are licensed and attend frequent training classes, We do this to make sure We stay up to date with all the new and old equipment and codes and it keeps our techs happy as well a good work enviorment = great productivity and great craftsmanship.
