Richard was prompt in responding and was able to identify the problem, he helped us get the window closed which was appreciated with the cold weather coming. He ordered the correct part and returned to finish the job as soon as it came in.

Watch out for this guy!!! Real scam artist he came by for a quote and when he left. I looked at my camera and noticed he was snooping around my deck and lifted up my deck storage area and when confronted about it he never replied back. I wouldn’t doubt that all his reviews are all made up from different accounts. Be careful you’ve been warned!!!
