I've hired Flambeau about 5 times to do several different types of floors and I must say they ALWAYS do a great job. The owner Kwasi is very professional and reliable. I've referred them to 2 of my friends and they were just as impressed as I am every time. The cost is very affordable and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Flambeau Flooring is the BEST.

Kwasi is a great guy and very hard worker. But I can only write from my hardwood floor experience. He needs to gain a bit more experience refinishing floors. There are many machine marks and stain application marks on my floors. I now have to live like this when the point of having them refinished was so they looked new, gorgeous and were protected. I don't know if I should or can have him come back to fix the spots that look terrible. The stain color came out very different than the swatch I chose it from. Kwasi worked his butt off to try and fix it for me. I'm very appreciative of that. The color now looks great. I just wish the sanding machines and application marks weren't there.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is strictly based on square footage. I'm also very flexible with pricing knowing that everyone's financial situation is different. I'm willing to work out a deal that best fits each customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Architecture and engineering. This degree helped me understand how important it is to follow a system to get to a final solution. Also, how important it is to not miss many details because one detail missed can end up with bad results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started work for my uncle and father in their business remodeling homes when I was 18 years old.
