Due to unfortunate circumstances with my long term sprinkler guy, I needed to find a new company to address my sprinkler issues this spring. I reached out to a few companies and was told they were too busy and to look elsewhere. Luckily, I found Keen and they responded right away. Jamal came by the next day and made adjustments to my sprinkler heads and replaced a broken one. He was missing a part to fix a leaky hose and told me he would stop by tomorrow to fix it and gave me a time window of when he would return. Today, he returned with the part he needed and it took him all of 3 minutes to fix the leaky hose at the time he said he would return. I would highly recommend Jamal and Keen Property Services for any sprinkler issue you may have. Jamal is a great individual and he knows how to run a business. I found my new sprinkler company. It's hard to say. He came out and fixed the sprinkler valve, for which I am grateful, but when I called him to set up an appointment to winterize the system, he never returned my call (I called multiple times). I will not be using him again.

KGM prices all our jobs based on the time required to complete a job the correct way. We keep in mind that people have budgets but we strive for perfection. Customer satisfaction is very important us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers to have a more personable experience with them. So any time we come out for a free estimate, we usually plan on a time that the customer can meet with us at there convenience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up i have always liked working with my hands and driving anything with four wheels. Then I realized that I loved working outdoors and talking with people. So one thing led to another and here I am running my own property maintenance company.
