Introduction

I offer a unique style of Yoga that differs from others because it encompasses every style. Yoga is included in mixed martial arts, and very much like mixed martial arts, the style I teach is mixed styles of Yoga. It is all about evolution; what you want to learn will be taught to you, and it will evolve. Let's evolve together! I love martial arts. I love the spirituality of it, the learning, and the teaching. I want to help others as I have been helped and watching people learn, grow, and evolve from me is the best gift I could be given.
