I was impress with the quick respond. As soon as I called Luis J. and his crew got to my house to take care of a flood caused by a water heater tank. The professionalism and efficiency when handling the big mess is the best Not only they cleaned up and dried everything so quick but handle everything with such care. As a home owner I was overwhelmed when I found out about 2 or 3 inches of water in the entire finish basement but once they came and Luis explained the process I felt more at ease and confident that I was in the right hands. They handle everything inside my home and all the paperwork and conversations with the insurance adjuster, something I still don’t think I would had been able to do on my own. The adjuster, who by the way came with such a bad attitude, was trying to minimize the costs to be paid and Luis fought on my behalf and at the end everything that was damaged is going to be covered for the insurance.

At first when I requested info in regards to my basement they responded quickly and seemed helpful. Unfortunately, when I was ready to get the job done, they ignored my inquiry, phone calls and text messages. I could tell they ignored my text messages because the text messages had been marked as read.
