My experience has been businesses that care about their customers and of course care about their reputation which I have found means they do what they can to make the customer happy and are reliable. This was no exception. I first called about replacing my water heater and that went great. Because of that, I asked before they left to install a faucet I had bought a few years back then the plumber I had at the time said would install but never did. They did a great job on that as well. My latest call was due to a water leak. I contacted them on Friday night after I spotted the leak and they were here Saturday morning and fixed it. Wow! Fast, reliable, and did it without any complaint, just got it done. Very happy with the work, they fulfilled my requests and went above and beyond. I felt the price for the various things they did was very fair. I particularly like that I deal with the business owner directly vs a big company.
