- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will start off with an hour long evaluation/consultation going over all of your questions and concerns as well as evaluating where your dog is currently at before we recommend a proper training program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Professional Premium Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and actively participate in online classes to continue our education. We are also certified Instructors and Evaluators for the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen Program as well as the Canine Life and Social Skills Program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my first job at 16 years old in a specialty pet retail store. From there, I discovered my passion to know as much about dogs and their care as possible. I then became certified in pet nutrition, a certified veterinary technician, a groomer, and I saved the best for last when it comes to dog training. This is my passion and I love what I do more and more every day!
