Always punctual. Extremely professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done in terms of fixing the mortar on my brick chimney. The house is 75 years old. I was very nervous about what the job entailed and how much it would cost.

I absolutely love this company. The technicians are absolutely amazing and work very hard and consistently and the supervisor. Gina is so kind and understanding and expresses amazing customer service and was very helpful. I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Elite! Their team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and left my home spotless after cleaning my chimney.
The technician, Ed was fantastic! He took the time to answer all my questions, provided valuable maintenance tips, and ensured everything was working efficiently.

I've used Elite for my annual chimney cleaning and inspection for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. Their technicians are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
