I saw Lance for hypnosis to improve my bodybuilding efforts and help me grow huge and stage-ready like I've always wanted. Before meeting, Lance and I exchanged several emails detailing my experience with both bodybuilding and hypnosis, what my expectations were, and what I wanted to accomplish. At my appointment Lance spent a substantial amount of time getting familiar with how I think, my world view, my imagination, my goals... anything and everything that could help him make the hypnotic process as deep and effective as possible. Lance was able to bring me very, very deep into hypnosis. He helped me eliminate doubts, break down self-imposed limits, experience myself as the huge bodybuilder I would become, and boosted my optimism and dedication. For weeks after our session I was noticing my positive response to the triggers Lance had given me to keep his teaching in full effect. I am extremely satisfied with all the ways Lance helped me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
