- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always individualized based on the project. I do have hourly rates that are non-negotiable, but when larger projects are at hand I will always offer a flat rate that will be discounted from the hourly rate. I am open to fair negotiations on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer depending on their communication preference, we will always have an initial meeting to discuss the scope of the project, pricing, timeline, and expectations. I will also follow up at pre-approved intervals to keep them knowledgeable about my progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in administrative management. I have a Bachelor's degree in both Business Management and Psychology. I have worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years as well. I am very proficient, efficient, and effective in the services that I offer.
