I reached out a couple of weeks ago to get a partial remodel of a kitchen. We had moved into a new multifamily that we purchased, the kitchen was partially remodeled as the contractor had to sell. There was no space for a dishwasher with the way the base cabinets were (old house) and we needed more cabinet space and more counter top space. Michael Daudelin and Angela helped us figure out what made sense in our kitchen over Microsoft Teams. The team came out to confirm measurements and things kept moving along at the pace that was promised. Although RIHI was not the most cost effective, the quality of the work and the punctuality of what they promised was worth it. We were hesitant given the number of reviews that made it seem they were constantly late, however, that was NOT our experience at all. In fact, I decided to delay the installation a week as our work from home situation changed a little and they were understandable. Angela was a joy to work with - she was direct, detailed oriented, and simple to communicate with over e-mail. We'll definitely be using RIHI again for the other unit complete kitchen remodel, windows, and roofing as well. Thank you RIHI!!

We replaced all the windows in our house. The service was wonderful and the windows were quickly installed and ready to use in one day. We have a lot of windows so we are very pleased with the resuts.

My original review was concerning no communication from RIHI after the deposit. However, I was sure this was due to COVID circumstances. After I left the review I was contacted and treated with respect. Maureen was very profesional and was able to help me get my project started ! Very happy with the service.

My salesman was thorough, punctual, engaging, and made the experience very valuable. He was a credit to your team. The ONLY reason I did not use RIHI was because I had to go a security route as my personal needs altered somewhat dramatically. Please thank him for us.

Our pricing is always customized to your specific project. We never ballpark our quotes. We want you to know that the price that we leave you is the price of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will start with a free In-Home Consultation. During this stage we will assess the scope of your project, go over designs, show some of our samples, and leave you with a free estimate.
