I just signed an agreement to have my bathtub remodeled. Heather Fournier was professional and helped me through the entire project. RIHI has a fantastic product specialist. She is a gem and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to have a bathroom remodel.

I reached out a couple of weeks ago to get a partial remodel of a kitchen. We had moved into a new multifamily that we purchased, the kitchen was partially remodeled as the contractor had to sell. There was no space for a dishwasher with the way the base cabinets were (old house) and we needed more cabinet space and more counter top space. Michael Daudelin and Angela helped us figure out what made sense in our kitchen over Microsoft Teams. The team came out to confirm measurements and things kept moving along at the pace that was promised.
Although RIHI was not the most cost effective, the quality of the work and the punctuality of what they promised was worth it. We were hesitant given the number of reviews that made it seem they were constantly late, however, that was NOT our experience at all. In fact, I decided to delay the installation a week as our work from home situation changed a little and they were understandable. Angela was a joy to work with - she was direct, detailed oriented, and simple to communicate with over e-mail.
We'll definitely be using RIHI again for the other unit complete kitchen remodel, windows, and roofing as well. Thank you RIHI!!

Got multiple window replacement quotes. Their suggestion was the only one that took into account the architecture of my house and even though it was a least expensive option, that's what they suggested.Honest company.

RIHI has done my roof and then, a few years later, my windows. Some may find the cost expensive, but keep in mind this: It isn't about paying for what you get, it's about not getting what you don't pay for. Quality is everything to this company and the results are evident in my home.

Our pricing is always customized to your specific project. We never ballpark our quotes. We want you to know that the price that we leave you is the price of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will start with a free In-Home Consultation. During this stage we will assess the scope of your project, go over designs, show some of our samples, and leave you with a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
