Lee arrived on time and prepared to resolve a persistant paper jamming issue I was having with my HP Laserjet 5000. He took no time to accurately diagnose the problem (worn feeder rollers). With a swift replacement of a few parts the printer was back in action. Lee cleaned the printer before completing the work. I found Lee to be easy to work with and extremely personable. Stafford was absolutely amazing. I water damaged my phone, and apple's new policy is they won't open up the phone to see if it was a battery or any other type of internal issue. I posted on thumbtack, Stafford was quick to respond, came out that day to meet me to get my phone. He got back to me in less than 8 hours, with the issue of my phone.
