He also trains clients for all divisions of bodybuilding competitions. Greg has the unique ability to mold himself to get the best out of every client. He knows what a client requires to get them to where they need to go. Greg believes that hard work, dedication, and consistency are the most important guidelines to get results. He brings that out of every client he trains. Whether a client wants to lose weight, gain muscle, rehab an injury, or train for a specific sport, his programs maximize their effort. Greg has trained me personally since 2011. He has helped reduce body fat from 25% to 10-11%. He has also helped me prepare for a Spartan Beast race which I completed above my expectations. I highly reccomend Greg and his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Greg and his training abilities. Greg has worked with me for just over 2 years.
