Hello my name is Ian . I have worked in the maintenance/home improvement industry for 30 years . I specialize in small jobs that most other contractors are not interested in doing . I believe in being on time and communicating with my customers. My number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of the job you hire me to do . -art installation/picture hanging
-lock installation/troubleshooting

-plumbing work related to toilets/garbage
disposals/sinks
-electrical repair pertaining to light fixtures/outlets/and switches
-junk removal
My pricing for general labor/minimum payment is $60/hr I don’t generally charge by the hour but thumbtack makes me put something down . For installation ( ceiling fans , garbage disposal, lights, faucets etc) I charge based on the job .
These are just some of the jobs I do . If you hire me I promise you will be satisfied. I do a lot of work for property managers as well as homeowners. I will even come over just to change a light bulb . ************************************************* .
Update: In response to a bad review I want to say I treat all my customers home as I would my home or a family members home. Im a one man company and sometimes things happen on jobs . I will not leave a job 1/2 done just to stay on schedule. I will always communicate to you when a situation arises that causes me to have to reschedule or cancel a job . I will never just not show up . I will hope people can be understanding of this . Additionally an emergency job will always take precedence . Thanks- Ian
