I had the popcorn removed from my ceilings in the bathrooms and kitchen and Sergii finished them off. He sanded them and added a coat of primer and touched up a few other areas on the walls that needed attention. Everything looks great. He didn't leave a mess and his price was excellent.

I hired Stavik Construction to install a grab bar in the bathroom and to install wall ladders to access crawl space. The latter was a very difficult task since the access to crawl space is a tiny hatch. Inside the crawl space is dark and uncomfortable. However, Sergij has overcome all difficulties in no time. He did his work fast and professionally. He left the site in pristine condition. Also, he fixed the leaking faucet in the bathroom. We are going to hire Stavick Construction again. Additional gratitude to Thumbtack for introducing us to this company.

Sergii did a phenomenal job on my ceiling replaster. The ceiling was unlevel, had holes and lumps after I removed the popcorn finish and now it looks perfect. The ceiling/wall joint is crisp and the ceiling is smooth and level. He even went the extra mile and touched up some of the wall imperfections. I will definitely be using Sergii again for my plasterwork. Thank you Sergii!
