I reached out to Journey Irrigation to ask about draining my irrigation system before temperatures dropped. Roderick responded quickly, arranged a time to come out, showed up on time, and was thorough and professional. He explained the process and completed it in a timely manner. Journey offers a maintenance program which Roderick discussed with me and I did sign up for. There was no hard sell, but I liked what it offered. Roderick’s follow up is great and does not require prompting, unlike the last company I used that never came back after being paid for winter drain and spring inspection. I would highly recommend Journey Irrigation.

I wanted to answer all five! Rod was very punctual,knew problem within a few minutes then explained in terms I could understand. He was no pressure to purchase the maintenance system but I readily agreed and he spent next several hours digging up and redirecting sprinkler heads to make them more efficient , installing a state of the art control box and assuring me he would be available with any concerns. He is very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about all irrigation needs. He has been in business a long time I feel confident we will have a mutually agreeable relationship for hopefully , many years to come.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing for the market of work performed. We have a consultation fee for clients with existing sprinkler systems, how ever fee is waived if we agree to repair problems that customer may have with system. We give 10 percent discounts for military and seniors for most work performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give the client an easy, pleasant experience, by being on time when job is set and complete job when agreed...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 plus years in installation of underground sprinkler install, experience with the installation of sprinklers for large flower pots, along with grass and island irrigation. We have also worked with clients that have pumps for water supply whether underground and pond or lake water.
