Introduction: I am a former NFL Cheerleader, Sponsored athlete and professional model who incorporates healthy living in all that I do. I am also living proof that you can still look fantastic after child birth at 40!! I work hard to create the perfect plan of fitness and wellness that is achievable, safe, and fun at the same time! It is truly about getting to know the whole person and helping them create a lifelong practice of health and wellness! My clients appreciate my caring, and encouraging nature. I make sure to explain my exercises carefully and to watch for proper execution and form to avoid unnecessary injury and relapse. Beside fitness, my other great passion is singing which I have been doing professionally for over 25 years. I have sang the National Anthem for major league baseball teams, have sang with The Palm Beach Orchestra, and numerous bands throughout the southeast. I was a full scholarship voice major through part of my undergrad degree. I've loved working with others to refine and develop their tone, pitch, presentation, and quality. I am not a professional voice instructor, instead, I teach the basics and presentation more than anything. I also LOVE to help folks develop their confidence as that is such a huge part of singing!! Seeing positive results and helping people believe in themselves. I help others to make their desires a reality by creating a workable and achievable plan. Fitness is not just for the body, but also for the mind. Fitness and singing unite so many of the same aspects and I truly enjoy seeing others accomplish the things they thought they couldn't!
