I contacted them on Sunday and my dishwasher was fixed on Monday. They were super fast and communicated throughout the day with expected arrival time. I hope I have no more appliances break, but will call them again if I do!

A-1 responded to my online request with a phone call within 15 minutes of it being posted. He came out the next day, located the problem and did a quick repair. He was very pleasant to work with and stated that if the repair he did, did not fix the problem, he would return and apply the consultation fee to the final repair.

I got a call just a few minutes after I reported needing my dryer repaired. Someone came the next day to diagnose and returned the following day to do the repair. Reasonable price and great service.

Came out and reviewed the problem with my icemaker. Completed what we thought was wrong, however it didn't work. He was out the next time and finalized the repair after eliminating what was thought to be the first issue. He did not charge any additional fee to finalize the adjustments. I highly recommend and respect the work and work ethic.
