Mr. Appliance was great. Called on a Friday, they were there Monday morning to look at the job and by the following Friday everything was fixed. Mark, the technician could not have been more professional and courteous.

From Good to Great!Trouble with heating element on dryer. Set up an appointment and Mark, the Technician, showed up. Everything went well. He was methodically efficient and checked the dryer, made a call for parts, picked them up and came back. It took him about 20 minutes to replace the broken heating element and the dryer works perfectly now.I have to say that I was quite impressed with the efficiency, knowledge, and courteous rapport of their Technician.Cannot thank you enough!
