Scott completely reworked the layout and flow of our full home renovation, including helping us remove load bearing walls and building a large screened in porch. I was really impressive with how we reworked the space and thought of a completely new layout that I wouldn't have thought of myself. Highly recommend Scott!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Designs fees usually are a fixed price per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll meet with the client to discuss there dreams, desires and needs. I'll then give them some options and help them decide on what the best plan may be for them. If hired, I require a 50% deposit. After I have the first conceptual drawing complete, I'll send to the customer for review and discussion. We continue this process until a final floor plan is agreed upon. After this step, I'll continue to complete the drawings and submit to engineering.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in construction. Growing up, my family owned residential construction company. I was doing labor for all different phases of construction, which gave me great knowledge and insight.
I have a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Interior Design.
I owned my own General Contracting company for over 11 years.
I am currently licensed as a Residential Contractor in SC.
