I moved to SC a week ago and needed a handyman to assemble some furniture. I reached out to Finish It...David and he responded quickly with my needs. The pricing was very reasonable, the assemble of 3 piece furniutre that Tom assembled was amazing. Tom was very professional, detailed, and passionate in what he was doing. UPDATE: David did send the installer back out to my home on Friday of the same week. He moved it backwards enough to avoid the loveseat and clearly turned all the screws inward so that it would not rip anything. This was all done with a smile on the installer's face and David the owner was most kind and most generous in his willingness to send the installer back out. Therefore, I have to give them five stars. Between the two trips, their focus was to make sure I was 100 percent happy with the project. I am indeed thrilled to have my sofa swing inside to relax on!!!!! Very high quality by Brian, the installer. David made ALL my dreams come true!!! By all means, you can depend on Finish It. Needed to have a sofa swing hung indoors! That's right, inside. I sent David all of the info from the website of the company that I bought the swing. He stressed the complicated process this would be in addition to the fact that it would require two men. Price quoted was $800. Insane but David made it sound as though I would not find anyone else that could do this job and guarantee the work. Bottom line...one man showed up and it was installed in two hours by one man. Fully expected the fee to be less, however, it was not. To be fair I did agree to pay $800 but no more no matter how complex it became. Because of that statement, David did not offer to charge a lesser amount. For that reason, I cannot recommend him unless you have a pocket of endless amounts of money. I am a 71 year old female with chronic kidney disease and I felt extremely taken advantage of. In the end, the swing now needs to be moved back 16" to avoid cutting off the use of my reclining loveseat. This will now cost me more money. Heartbreaking!!!
