- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give an actual estimate with no hidden fees. If upon arrival, stains or odors are present that have not been pre-stated, we will recommend our stain or proper odor remover to complete your job to your reasonable expectations. You will have the option to add the cost of the treatment or leave it. We do our best to give an accurate quote with all treatments needed prior to arriving to avoid any unexpected additional costs. We're not here to low ball our offer then arrive to add a bunch of additional charges. That's not how we run our business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to provide the most accurate quote we can up front. To do so, we will ask any questions to get more information on what the job entails and what treatments are needed. Once the customer has decided to go with our company, we get their personal information (full name, address, phone number & email). Then we set up a time and day that works for the customer. The client will receive a text confirming their appointment date and time, and then when the tech is en route on the day of the job. Once the tech arrives, they will walk through with the customer and set expectations and go over our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each member of our team goes through extensive training to ensure the best quality work they can provide. They take multiple courses throughout the year to stay up to date on all the new techniques and treatment options.
