We truly believe in doing the job right the first time. So if you're going to do the job do it right or don't do it at all. Money is important but customer service and your total satisfaction is what gets the bills paid. We have repeat clients because they get what they pay for and more. Absolutely no corner cutting. My husband and I work together as a team so this is more than just a business this is a showcase of our skills in something we take the upmost pride in. The satisfaction of helping someone during their time of need and also doing something we enjoy which is helping people. We've been in the cleaning business since 1976.

Donald cleaned my carpet in 4 rooms and also cleaned 4 area rugs wonderfully! I watched as he cleaned and seeing the results before my very eyes was amazing. The price was so reasonable I am sure to use his service again and I will tell all I know about the wonderful job I received from him. He did this for me with the help of his gracious wife in about a hour and 30 minutes.

Mrs. Ramona was very precise and clear about what she needed done to satisfy her. She told us about her dissatisfaction with several other steam and bonnet cleaners she had previously tried with unsatisfactory results. Although her pet had several accidents that were obviously old stains. My wife and I were able to do the job to her total and complete satisfaction and eliminate the stains to where you never knew they were there in the first place. We are happy to be of assistance both now and in the future should she need help.

I called on Sunday and Donald and his wife were here the next day. They are very professional about all they do. Excellent work. I had our carpets cleaned and they look like new. I will hire them again for future work. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to call them for any service.

Mr. Donald and Ms. Paula were absolutely wonderful to work with! We required carpet cleaning for the rental we were moving out of. CSC arrived early, calling in advance to make sure it was alright so they wouldn't interrupt other planned work. When they arrived they were very nice, easy to talk to and we did a walk through of the house to make sure we all knew what we wanted/expected to get done and confirmed the price so everyone knew exactly what was going to happen. We weren't as prepared as I wanted to be for them and Ms Paula helped me vaccine the whole house prior to cleaning and Mr Donald even offered to help move beds out and around. The carpets, which are cheap and old turned out wonderfully! Some stains we scrubbed multiple times over the year we lived there came right up. They hand scrubbed EVERY SINGLE corner in the house where the machine wouldn't have reached and went into every closet. They got it cleaned fast for how big the house is but, as I said, didn't cut any corners to get the carpets looking their best. I will certainly be calling on this wonderful couple next time I need carpets cleaned! Thank you both so much.

We consider ourselves to be the best in the business, but we are the best for less. We are not an in and out cleaning service, we take the time to do the job right and we are also very thorough.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask a battery of questions to find out if you are having any special concerns or needs. We may have a solution that can save you money in the long haul, you never know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC trained and have over years in the cleaning business. We are constantly involved with continuing education in our field and profession.Referrals are available if needed.
