This company is great for cleaning. William was polite on the phone and friendly in person. He got the job done within 2 hours - a couch and loveseat and their million pillows lol. The furniture smells fresher now. Will definitely use this company again for future services.

I would have checked all the options for what I like about Zerorez but it only let me pick 3. They were super responsive and I had a time frame (small window) where I needed someone. Zerorez worked with me and even changed their schedule to accommodate what I needed. Definitely recommend and definitely will use again!

Project was completed to our satisfaction! Quick work and removed some pretty deeply-imbedded dog fur from upholstery. Handled a billing issue fairly. Was disappointed that show covers and gloves were not worn as promised on the website, and I kept my distance because a mask was also not used.
