1) Budget Amount- Customers should always have a maximum amount that they are willing to spend on a project, and always have a little extra to account for unforeseen costs that can occur during the construction phase 2) Scheduling- Customers should have a good idea of when they would want work completed and plan accordingly to have the highest chances of a flawless process from start to finish 3) Photos- Customers should always have a photo or something to show the professional so there is no misunderstanding of what exactly the customer's vision is for the project
